SQMAP may process access tokens, activation status, licence duration, device or browser identifiers, usage state and technical logs required for controlled access and service integrity.
Project files, DXF drawings and exported outputs remain the responsibility of the user. Users should not upload or process project information unless they are authorised to use that information.
Payment processing may be handled by external payment service providers. SQMAP should not store full payment card details within the marketing page or client-side interface.
Commercial deployment should keep SQMAP core files outside the public web root, with protected script delivery controlled through backend access validation.
Access and technical records may be retained as required for licence management, dispute handling, service security and operational continuity.
Users are responsible for handling client drawings, coordinates, project data and exported outputs in accordance with their contract, company policy and project confidentiality obligations.
