Once digital access is activated or licence credentials are issued, payments are non-refundable. This applies to 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 1 year rental plans.

Rental access is digital, time-limited and activated for a defined period. Please review this policy before purchase or activation.
2. Digital product nature
SQMAP access is supplied as a digital service. The value is delivered when access is activated, made available or technically enabled for the user.
3. User responsibility for plan selection
The user is responsible for selecting the correct rental duration, confirming project timing and checking that SQMAP is suitable for the intended workflow before activation.
4. Limited technical exception
If access cannot be activated due to a confirmed platform-side technical fault, the remedy may be licence correction, access reissue or duration adjustment. Refunds are not the default remedy.
5. Misuse and unauthorised access
No refund will be provided where access is suspended due to misuse, sharing, bypass attempts, reverse engineering or breach of the Terms of Use.
