No Refund Policy
S-QMACS is a digital software access product. All payments are final. No refund is provided after payment confirmation or licence issuance.
1. Final Payment
Once payment is confirmed, the selected access period and the activation token are processed and sent to the email address used at checkout. The purchase is final and non-refundable.
2. No Refund After Licence Issuance
No refund is provided once the activation token, login details, licence access or any related access instruction has been issued to the buyer.
3. Review Before Purchase
Please review the product description, intended use, stated limitations, pricing and access duration before completing payment. Completing payment confirms acceptance of this policy.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund is provided for change of mind, an incorrect access period selected, an expired licence, user input error, unsupported project expectations, engineering disagreement, failure to read the stated limitations, or an expectation that S-QMACS replaces project-specific engineering verification.
5. Digital Product Basis
S-QMACS access is delivered digitally. Once the licence is issued, the product is deemed delivered for the selected access period. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
